Absolutely loved the comfy bed, shower amenities, and outstanding breakfast included with mind-blowing potatoes. The friendly staff, accessible public transit, amazing outdoor fire pit and lounge area, and convenient street parking made our stay super comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, the clean and modern rooms, impressive tea selection, and helpful staff who went above and beyond for our young traveler really made our jaw-drop. It's a super clean and spacious property in a great location, not too far from major attractions.

it was a really really nice experience. it was fairly clean and the staff were very courteous and super friendly, beds were good sized.

The venue has favourable setting in South of Market (SOMA) district so close to eateries, supermarkets and Uber Eats/Doordash as well as the baseball stadium. Very courteous and superbly friendly staff members are with assisting people with difficulties.

We booked nicely decorated and new-fashioned queen room with an excellent bed and could use wake-up service, available in it. Central heating, an ironing set and tea/coffee making equipment were a huge plus. The staff was excellent and amiable, always on hand when needed...

Incredible view of the city, convenient parking options, spacious and well-equipped rooms for getting ready, perfect location near clubs and good food, amazingly comfortable bed, no need to drive to clubs or restaurants.

Would stay here again, the hotel was clean, and location to Union square was marvellous. Some of the staff members were superfriendly and pleasant. I loved the room with an excellent bed. With a safe box, TV set and a fridge available. All in all a fairly nice stay, the venue exceeded high expectations.

Title: Quite posh and comfortable, loved the shared lounge and downtown location, but my personal hotspot was more reliable than their WiFi. Also, the room had a bit too much furniture and the towels mysteriously replaced themselves. Fancy!

By and large, it was good choice for sightseeing in San Francisco, had much fun😀
